If you’re a fellow 90’s kid and you enjoyed the old show Tales From the Crypt, you remember that super spooky intro sequence and the super-catchy song by Danny Elfman. Some fan remade the whole intro with CGI and it is so good!
Last night was my first Ritual with Ghost–front and center! Devilish joy filled the air, and even though it was the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, the energy was high! The Nameless Ghouls are so very talented and animated, and Cardinal Copia is a gosh darn good fellow. And of course, singing all the good old Satanic hymns at the top of my lungs while the Clergy are mere feet away was a religious experience for me. It was also very nice to have like minded people around. Ghost fans are good folk. I had such a perfect time 🙂
As always my annual glamour-haunt was a spectacle to behold. Unfortunately since it is a fetish ball, not a lot of photos were allowed at the time. Thanks to everyone who came out. In six days is Halloween, the High Unholy Holiday of Satan’s people. I will be hosting another Black Mass of Desecration after dark. Local folks, feel free to message me for an invite!
I was a Goth kid in high school. No surprise. I’m still in recovery but I sometimes do relapse. I swear to God, I feel a slight cool breeze in September and I am ready to go full-Bauhaus. I’m going to do my best to not overdo it this time, no promises y’all.
Aja pulls out all the stops in this number: Afro-Carribean beats, dance, Santería references left and right, and a dramatic homage in costume to Marie Laveau herself. Consider me SHOOK.
